The success of Environmed relied on the form working well with the function. The form not only had to look aesthetically pleasing but also had to store easily and in various places, have sufficient surface for typography, is ergonomic, and easy to use. Foam mockups were made to test out form and handling. Functional plastic prototypes were made to test out feasibility of use and how the form related. The final form was chosen due to it’s synergy amongst all of these aspects.
